Don't let your insurer tell you where to take your car.

When you make a claim, your insurer may point you toward one of their preferred repairers. That's a recommendation, not a rule. In New Zealand you have the right to choose who repairs your vehicle and choosing your own repairer doesn't invalidate your claim or cost you your cover.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Making a claim sounds like paperwork and phone queues. With Rosiez it's mostly us doing the running. Here's exactly how it goes.

Because new cars, motorbikes, vans and trucks are always being released, it’s our responsibility to keep up-to-date so we can repair the cars of today. We are constantly up-skilling and training our team around the latest repair methods.

For your peace of mind, we are part of the Collision Repair Association (CRA), a certified structural repair centre that monitors the industry to make sure you and your car are receiving the highest levels of care. Rosiez Collision Repairs is a "Code of Practice" certified repairer, the highest level of CRA status.

We offer free loan cars and vans to help you get back on the road and about your business. If you need a loan car while your vehicle is being repaired, just let us know.

Call us or book online at whichever branch suits Sydenham, Sockburn or Rolleston. Tell us what happened. If you've already lodged a claim with your insurer, have your claim number handy; if you haven't, that's fine, we'll walk you through it.

Assessment and quote

We inspect the vehicle properly not just the panel you can see, but the structural and mechanical damage behind it. You get an honest assessment of what's involved and a quote. For an insurance job, this is what we submit to your insurer.

We deal with your insurer

This is the part people dread, and it's the part we take off your hands. We submit the assessment, liaise with the insurer over the approval, and sort the authorisation for the repair. You're not the one chasing an assessor or sitting in a phone queue.

Book in and pick up a loan car

Once it's approved we schedule the repair around you. Need to keep moving? We've got a large loan fleet utes, vans and 7-seaters so you're not stranded. We can also collect your vehicle and deliver the loan car if getting to us is difficult.

The repair

Our trained technicians carry out the work using industry-leading techniques and the right materials for your vehicle, restoring it to its pre-accident condition while protecting the integrity of any manufacturer warranty. Panel, structural, mechanical and paint all under one roof.

Final check and handover

Before you get the keys back, the vehicle is quality checked to make sure the repair is right. We hand it back cleaned up and settle any excess or private payment then. If we collected it, we'll deliver it back to you.
